The wait was a little long (about an hour) but staff was friendly and helpful!

I have ben there many times and I always have to wait and theres no food and you can't even smoke in there! I don't see why we have to work so hard and put up with all the effort to just get my money. If I had wanted all this trouble I would have just found a job. Inkompudent!
The security officer that works in this building is very rude and disrespectful to all who walk through the door. He has very little patience with both children and adults. I witnessed him.mistreat an elderly woman who asked to use the phone to call a ride. I also witnessed him yell at a lady who did not know she wasn't allowed to use her phone in the lobby and he also yelled at a child for taking the lid off of his Gatorade while sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. Have some compassion for the population you serve! He needs better training or a new job!
Had to get a new social security card only sat for 30 min but the lady at the window was very rude! If i could have went somewhere else i most definitely would have!
