Absolutely Terrible. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone. They have no problem taking your money but are NOWHERE to be found if you need to speak with them. This is especially true for Mr. Hendrix. This dude is seriously shady. I would avoid him at all costs. To this day I could never get him to call me back.
