Not so great. Make sure to never try to price match a product in this location. I had all the valid product information, from a single seller site. But since it was a hefty discount... I was pretty much told no. The first Asst. Manager (Shae) I believe, just walked away saying he was "going to look into something". The second Asst. Manager (very nice man) tried to help, and even wanted to work the price down a little. But not price match. The store manager wasn't in... But attitude reflects leadership, so I'm doubtful that would have helped any.
If you don't mind standing in line for 30 minutes go . My wife and I were in there again last night and we buy a lot of gifts and stuff for our animals. There was no one at any of the registers...they 8 all standing at the service desk arguing over who was going to wait on us and several others. Then the girl who had to wait on us had such an amazing attitude I told her and my wife that this was our last trip to this store. The manager was just as bad if not worse and this is an ongoing issue at this store. There's a tractor supply 2 miles down the road and I've had the best service there and I give them a 5 star rating with no hesitation. So rural king has lost us as customers. ..we will not be back

I'd say make the drive to the Springfield location. That place is an amazing store. Filled with great people.
We always find everything we need for the livestock here mostly.
Best place to get hardware (bulk & packaged) plus Rust-Oleum 2X spray paint. Store has a little bit of everything.
